Privacy Policy

The plain-English version: we collect what we need to schedule and perform HVAC work, we never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, texting us is optional and "STOP" always works, and you can ask to see or delete your data by emailing hello@wildflowerclimate.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, service address, billing information, and appointment details, provided through calls, texts, booking, or forms.

Information collected automatically when you use this website: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source, used to keep the site working well.

2. How we use it

To schedule and perform HVAC services, send confirmations and reminders, provide service updates, process invoices and payments, respond to support requests, keep required business records, and, only if you opt in, send occasional promotional communications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your phone number through a call, text, form, or booking, you consent to receive text messages from Wildflower Climate LLC about your service: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician updates, invoices, follow-ups, and, only with opt-in, promotional offers.

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • After opting out you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
  • We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Email

We use your email for service confirmations, invoices and receipts, and satisfaction follow-ups, and, only with opt-in, occasional company updates or promotions. Marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link.

5. Cookies, analytics, and third-party requests

We use analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, so we can keep improving the experience. Two tools do this. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. Google Analytics (GA4) sets first-party cookies (for example, _ga) and sends aggregate usage data to Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We use Google Analytics for measurement only, not for advertising, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or through your browser's privacy settings.

A few third-party requests also happen as pages load: fonts are served by Google Fonts, the live Bakersfield weather on our homepage is fetched from Open-Meteo, and our chat widget is loaded from our customer platform (GoHighLevel). If you start a chat, the widget keeps a small session in your browser so your conversation can continue, and what you send reaches our team the same way a text message does, covered by the SMS practices above.

This section was updated in July 2026 to reflect our use of Google Analytics.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size. No method of internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Service providers

We use a small set of providers to run the business, including our customer platform (GoHighLevel, which handles our calls, texts, and scheduling), payment processing, and email delivery. They receive only the information needed to do their job and are obligated to protect it. They may not use it for their own marketing.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@wildflowerclimate.com or texting (661) 374-0624. We respond to every request.

9. Children

Our services and website are not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
