Why the reviews sound like this
Our technicians are not paid sales commission, so nobody in your house earns more by finding more wrong. We publish our prices, so the quote can be checked against this website. And about 60% of the systems we're asked to "replace" turn out to be repairs under $400, which is the habit we intend the reviews to keep describing.
